Elevate Your Glow – Returns & Refund Policy

At Elevate Your Glow, we want you to love your beauty products. If something goes wrong with your order, this policy explains your rights and how to return or get a refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only products damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent are eligible for a return or refund.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty and skincare products, including creams, serums, masks, and makeup.

  • Orders must be reported within 14 days of delivery.


2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@elevateyourglow.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The product(s) in question

    • A clear description of the issue (include photos if possible)

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions if the item is eligible for a return or replacement.


3. Refunds & Replacements

  • If your return is approved, you may choose:

    • Replacement: We send the same product at no extra cost.

    • Refund: Full purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product).


4. Shipping Returns

  • Return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping for returns to ensure items arrive safely.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos.

  • We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, depending on your preference.


6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled as a return and new order:

    • Return the damaged or incorrect item.

    • Place a new order for the item you want to exchange.

    • If the original item is eligible, we can refund or provide a store credit to facilitate the exchange.
